What’s in my work basket Wednesday

Hi everyone

It’s been a busy busy week for me. I’ve been out and about walking, cycling and running. Yes me....running. I’d done a lot in the past but I’m starting right back at grass roots with the c25k plan. I’m doing great and now on Week 5 day 2. But in the meantime what’s in my work basket ?

Well it’s packed to the handle as you can see !!!

So I’ve got a Call The Midwife blanket on the hook using Sirdar Snuggly Pattercake yarn in shade 750. It’s working up like a dream and so soft and snuggly. I’ll have it done in no time. It’s for a friend of a friend who’s having their first baby very soon.

I’m nearly done with my first Cuddlebums happy sock. Just the ribbing in the cuff to do and then I’ll start the next one before I do the heels.

I’ve added some beads to some of the hexagons from the Water Garden CAL. Need to get cracking really on this cos my friend wants one too.

And then last of all I’ve got a cross stitch pattern on the go. I’m just using up threads I have in my stash (the binder you see in my basket has a tiny bit of my thread stash in). The pattern is from an old copy of a magazine

That’s my WIPs for the week. I’ll be back tomorrow to share some treats with you all.

Take care
