Wednesday WIP

Hello there

Hope you all had a terrific Bank Holiday weekend and took advantage of the beautiful weather we’ve been having. Not sure what’s happened today cos it’s not great but I reckon it’ll be back warm and sunny again very soon.

Anyway, I’ve decided to do regular blog posts from now on, starting with a Wednesday WIP post.

Blog followers of mine will know how much I love my crafts and how many I actually do so I thought I’d share one of my passions with you today.... adult colouring books.  I go for weeks without doing any colouring and then just can’t get enough of them. This is how I am right now. I think it’s cos I took a few with me on holiday and now can’t stop.

At the moment I've got a few pages on the go and here’s one of them just coloured with glitter gel pens in blue and purple

I’ve had this book by Thomas Pavitte in my collection for some time now along with some of the Querkle books and finally got chance to have a play.  I think it's coming on great....  You'll have to wait and see who it turns out to be later in the week.

I've also been working on a colouring page from Johanna Basford's book Ivy and the Inky Butterfly and still have a way to go with it, but here's my progress so far....

I've used various pencils including Polychromos and Irojitens and also a black Posca pen and a white gel pen too.

Well that's all I've got to share with you today, but I'll be back tomorrow with a little post and then hopefully again on Friday with a completed colouring book page.

Bye for now
Take care
Tanya x
